Affinity Solutions Strengthens Its Leadership Team with New Hires

Three new leaders to drive innovation and bolster partnerships

NEW YORK, August 21, 2024 — Affinity Solutions (Affinity), the leading consumer purchase insights company, today announced the addition of three new members to its leadership team: Jaime Hawkins as SVP of client success, Henry Tam as SVP of sales, and Jay Given as VP of business development.

Following the success of the monthly CNBC/NRF Retail Monitor and a strategic partnership with Disney, these appointments will further scale Affinity’s business through greater innovation, meaningful partnerships, and increased brand awareness.

  • Jaime Hawkins joins Affinity Solutions leveraging a diverse background in Sales, Client Success and Operations to drive strategic growth and elevate client experiences. Jaime brings deep expertise in building strategic partnerships that focus on expansion of market reach through access to new customer segments or distribution channels to drive meaningful results. Prior to Affinity, she served as Business Development Sales Leader at Equifax.
  • Henry Tam was previously on the executive leadership team at Kantar North America, serving as Head of North American Sales. He led the restructuring and go-to-market strategy for the New Logo, Analytics, Syndicated, and Media Effectiveness teams. Henry will help drive revenue and market expansion for the company’s data products.
  • Jay Given created retail media strategies for eBay and Walmart at Triad Retail Media. Prior to Affinity managed strategic accounts, CPG clients, and launched retail media for NCS. Most recently, she led the US market entry for a European AI company, introducing Deep Learning algorithms to biddable media. She will help lead Affinity’s partnership with the NRF and scale its Brand Direct execution.
